Ownership and Rights
Who owns the website after it is developed?
The client has full ownership of the website once it is developed. This includes complete control over all aspects of the website, such as user management, design, development, and data processing.
Can I use nConnect's licenses for other websites?
No, the licenses provided by nConnect are specific to the website developed for the client and cannot be used for other websites.
Data Security and Backup
How does nConnect handle data security?
nConnect uses top-tier services like CloudFlare to ensure the security of client websites. This includes protection against website attacks, spam, data breaches, and other security threats.
How often is data backed up?
Data is backed up daily between 1:30 AM and 2:30 AM. During this period, website performance might be slightly slower due to the backup process.
Training and Support
What kind of training does nConnect provide?
nConnect offers both Zoom and face-to-face training sessions. Zoom training is available for up to 1.5 hours per session with no extra cost for 365 days. Face-to-face training sessions last for 3 hours and can be conducted at the client's office or a mutually agreed location.
How can I schedule a support session?
You can schedule a support session by contacting our HelpDesk. It is advisable to book at least 14 days in advance. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate urgent requests.
